Why Ginger Garlic Paste?

Ginger Garlic is a common ingredient in most Indian cuisines. Ginger Garlic paste can help boost your immune system and help your body fight diseases and infections like the flu. It Prevents heart disease. Thanks to ginger & garlic's health benefits, it reduces the buildup of plaque on the artery walls, thus helping lower cholesterol.

Ginger Garlic paste acts as a balancing ingredient for oily cholesterol-rich Indian cooking and provides rich health benefits and flavor.

Ingredients:

Garlic -1 cup

Ginger -3/4 cup

Coriander leaves-1/2 cup

Green chili- 1/2 cup

Cumin seeds -2 teaspoon (tsp)

Salt — 1 tsp

Process:

  1. Peel the Ginger and Garlic and slice into smaller pieces.
  2. Add Coriander leaves, Green Chili, Cummin seeds, and Salt.
  3. Add a small amount of water and Grind it in a mixer till fine paste.
  4. Voila, Your fresh Giner Garlic Paste ready.

How can you keep Ginger Garlic Paste longer?

Once prepared, keep the Ginger Garlic paster in an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator. The Ginger Garlic paste can be used for 2 months.
